By accessing or using LoungeEasy (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website loungeasy.com, you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these General Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our website or services. We may update these Terms periodically. Whenever a significant change occurs, we may communicate updates via email or notices on our website. Your continued use of LoungeEasy constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you violate any of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to LoungeEasy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any damages arising from your failure to secure your account.
2.1 LoungeEasy Pass We offer both refundable and non-refundable passes for airport lounge access. Non-refundable passes: Unless clearly marked as “refundable” at the time of purchase, all passes are non-refundable. Exception: If you are denied entry at the lounge despite possessing a valid pass. In such cases: 1. You must provide details of the denial (time, lounge name, reason, etc.). 2. We will confirm with the lounge operator. 3. If the denial is verified, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refundable passes (“Flex Pass”): Refundable passes may be offered at an additional cost. If unused, you may choose to: a) receive a refund to the original payment method; or b) receive credit valid for 3 years from the date of original purchase. 2.3 Third-Party Lounge Access Options: We may display or promote lounge access options provided by third-party companies. When you leave loungeasy.com to interact with third-party services: • We are not responsible for the transaction, support, pricing, or refunds. • Any issues must be resolved directly with the respective third-party provider. We may update this Refunds and Cancellations section at any time.
When you purchase lounge access through LoungeEasy, the applicable conditions depend on the product type and whether you selected a refundable or non-refundable pass. We guarantee that the purchased lounge will accept you during its opening hours. If you are denied access: • contact our support team immediately, • provide the denial details, • and we will verify the situation and issue a refund when applicable. LoungeEasy may present or promote offers from third-party providers. By choosing such services: 1. You acknowledge that you are leaving LoungeEasy’s platform and will be subject to the third-party provider’s terms. 2. LoungeEasy is not responsible for any part of the transaction once you leave loungeasy.com. 3. Refunds and disputes must be handled directly with the third-party provider. 4. We do not endorse or guarantee third-party content, products, or services.
All content on loungeasy.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and software — is the property of WILLIAM PERBONI SERVIÇOS LTDA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
We do not guarantee: • the accuracy or completeness of information on the website, • uninterrupted or error-free operation, or • the availability of lounge access, which depends entirely on lounge operators. Lounge availability, amenities, and service levels are controlled by the lounges, not LoungeEasy. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, service disruptions, outdated information, or third-party actions. Your use of LoungeEasy is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WILLIAM PERBONI SERVIÇOS LTDA and LoungeEasy shall not be liable for: • indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, • loss of profits or data, • business interruption, or • damages resulting from inability to access the website. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a lounge access purchase is limited to the amount paid for the specific pass in question, and only under the terms of our Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WILLIAM PERBONI SERVIÇOS LTDA, its owners, staff, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • your use of LoungeEasy, • your violation of these Terms, or • your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Brazil, unless otherwise stated in a specific jurisdictional notice. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between you and LoungeEasy. If a resolution is not reached: 1. The parties agree to attempt mediation; and 2. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or judicial proceedings in the relevant courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless another jurisdiction is expressly agreed. You agree that any claim must be filed within 1 year from the date the issue occurred, or it will be permanently barred.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LoungeEasy. Amendments: We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on loungeasy.com. Continued use of our platform signifies acceptance. Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in full force. No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights. Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them freely. Notices: We may send notices via email or by posting on loungeasy.com. The date of sending (email) or posting (website) will be considered the date of receipt.
