Heathrow Lounges You Can Book, Terminal by Terminal

Heathrow has four terminals in use, and each has its own set of lounges, so the right lounge depends entirely on where your flight leaves from. This guide, part of our overview of London airport lounges, goes terminal by terminal through the Heathrow lounges you can book on LoungEasy without a premium ticket or airline status: the No1 Lounge in Terminal 2, and No1 and My Lounge in Terminal 3. Each is listed at €55 per person at the time of writing (September 2026).

Heathrow lounges at a glance

  • Terminal 2: No1 Lounge, near Gate A18, open 05:00 to 21:00
  • Terminal 3: No1 Heathrow on level 1, open 05:00 to 22:00, and My Lounge, pre-book only, open 05:00 to 22:00

You can only use the lounges in the terminal your flight leaves from, so check your booking before you choose. All three lounges are airside, after security.

Heathrow Terminal 2 lounges

No1 Lounge, Terminal 2

After security and duty free, follow the signs for Gate A18. Next to the gate there is a set of lifts, and the No1 Lounge in Heathrow Terminal 2 is on the lower ground level. It is listed as open from 05:00 to 21:00 for international departures, and its amenities include:

  • Hot and cold food, snacks and fresh fruit, with halal and vegetarian options
  • Alcoholic and soft drinks, including champagne
  • Free Wi-Fi, charging points and flight screens
  • A family room, restrooms and disabled access

Heathrow Terminal 3 lounges

No1 Heathrow, Terminal 3

After security, take the walkway to the left of the duty free shop and follow the signs for "Airport Lounges" and gates 13 to 22. No1 Heathrow in Terminal 3 is on level 1, reached by lift or stairs. It is listed as open from 05:00 to 22:00, and it lists hot and cold food, alcoholic and soft drinks, free Wi-Fi, a cinema room and a family room.

My Lounge, Terminal 3

My Lounge in Heathrow Terminal 3 is the former Club Aspire, renamed in 2025, and it only accepts guests who have booked in advance. After security, follow the signs for gates 1 to 42 and "All Airport Lounges", then for gates 1 to 22 and "Lounges B–J", and turn left towards gate 9 and "Lounge D". It is listed as open from 05:00 to 22:00 for domestic and international departures, and lists hot and cold food with halal and vegetarian options, alcoholic and soft drinks, baby-changing facilities and a games area.

Terminals 4 and 5

The Heathrow lounges you can book on LoungEasy are in Terminals 2 and 3. In Terminal 5, the Club Aspire lounge is being rebuilt as a No1 Lounge, with work under way in 2026.

Which Heathrow lounge should you book?

  • Flying from Terminal 2: the No1 Lounge is your option, and it suits families with its family room.
  • Flying from Terminal 3, evening departure: both lounges stay open until 22:00.
  • Something to do while you wait: No1 Heathrow has a cinema room; My Lounge has a games area.
  • Last-minute plans: My Lounge is pre-book only, so if you are deciding late, book as soon as you know you want it.

The Heathrow Airport lounges page on LoungEasy shows all three with their opening hours, directions, amenities and the price per person.

Tips for using a Heathrow lounge

  • Check your terminal first. Heathrow's terminals are separate, and the lounges are inside each terminal's departure area.
  • Allow time for security. Heathrow is busy at peak times, and your lounge visit starts once you are airside.
  • Arrive within the lounge window. Most pay-per-use lounges admit you up to three hours before your scheduled departure.
  • Keep your boarding pass ready. You'll show it at the lounge desk with your booking.

LoungEasy passes are non-refundable unless they are marked as refundable at checkout. LoungEasy guarantees that the lounge will accept you during its opening hours: if a lounge refuses entry even though your pass is valid, you are refunded once the refusal is confirmed with the operator.
