No1 Lounge, My Lounge and Clubrooms: what's the difference?
No1 Lounges operates three brands. No1 Lounge is the main one, with complimentary food and drinks, free Wi-Fi and charging points, and a family room at several locations. My Lounge is its sister brand, and the My Lounge sites at Gatwick, Luton and Heathrow all have games areas. Clubrooms is the premium brand, at Birmingham, Heathrow Terminal 3 and Gatwick, and it isn't part of the lounges in this guide.
All the lounges below are airside, after security, and welcome passengers of any airline with a valid booking.
What's included in a visit
The No1 lounges on LoungEasy list hot and cold food, alcoholic and soft drinks, free Wi-Fi and flight screens, and the My Lounge sites add games areas. No1 Lounges says free, unlimited Wi-Fi and charging points come as standard. A few extras, such as premium drinks at Gatwick South, cost more, and each lounge page on LoungEasy shows the full amenities list before you book.
Heathrow: No1 Lounge and My Lounge
- Terminal 2, No1 Lounge: the No1 Lounge in Heathrow Terminal 2 is near gate A18, listed from 05:00 to 21:00. It lists hot and cold food with halal and vegetarian options, champagne, a family room and charging points.
- Terminal 3, No1 Heathrow: on level 1, reached from the walkway to the left of duty free and the signs for gates 13 to 22. It is listed from 05:00 to 22:00, with a cinema room and a family room.
- Terminal 3, My Lounge: the former Club Aspire, renamed in 2025, is pre-book only and listed from 05:00 to 22:00, with hot and cold food, baby-changing facilities and a games area. After security, follow the signs for gates 1 to 42 and "All Airport Lounges", then for gates 1 to 22 and "Lounges B–J", and turn left towards gate 9 and "Lounge D".
The Heathrow Airport lounges page shows all three, and our guide to Heathrow lounges by terminal explains which one suits your flight. In Terminal 5, the Club Aspire lounge is being rebuilt as a No1 Lounge, with work under way in 2026.
Gatwick: No1 Lounge and My Lounge in both terminals
- North Terminal, No1 Lounge: the No1 Lounge at Gatwick North is straight ahead as you enter the lounge pavilion, listed from 04:00 to 21:00, with a family room.
- North Terminal, My Lounge: on the left in the same lounge pavilion, listed from 04:00 to 20:00, with hot and cold food, alcoholic and soft drinks, free Wi-Fi and a games area.
- South Terminal, No1 Lounge: from the upper level of the departure hall, through the corridor between Dixons and JD Sports, listed from 04:00 to 21:00 for international departures, with hot and cold food, snacks, free Wi-Fi and flight screens. Some premium drinks cost extra.
- South Terminal, My Lounge: on the upper level of the departure hall, listed from 04:00 to 20:00, with a games area and, according to Gatwick Airport, an outdoor terrace.
The two terminals have separate departure lounges, so book the lounge in the terminal your flight leaves from. The Gatwick Airport lounges page shows all four, and our guide to Gatwick lounges in the North and South Terminals compares them.
Luton: My Lounge
At Luton, My Lounge is in the main departure lounge, near Yo! Sushi and Accessorize, and is listed from 04:00 to 21:00 for domestic and international departures. It lists hot and cold food with vegetarian and halal options, a games area and baby-changing facilities, and London Luton Airport describes a self-service grazing menu with premium beers, wines and spirits. See the Luton Airport lounge page and our Luton Airport lounge guide. Luton also has a No1 Lounge; My Lounge is the Luton lounge you can book on LoungEasy.
Birmingham: No1 Birmingham
After duty free, No1 Birmingham is directly ahead in the main departure area, between WHSmith and Next. It is listed from 04:00 to 21:00 for international departures, with hot and cold food, alcoholic and soft drinks, free Wi-Fi and television, and because it sits in the main departure area rather than by a particular gate, it suits travellers who don't know their gate yet. The Birmingham Airport lounges page also lists the Aspire Lounge (South), and our guide to Birmingham Airport lounges compares the two.
Jersey: No1 Lounge
At Jersey Airport, the No1 Lounge is reached by the stairs and lift on the left as you leave duty free. It serves domestic and international departures and lists hot and cold food with halal and vegetarian options, alcoholic and soft drinks, baby-changing facilities, a conference room and boarding announcements. The Jersey Airport lounges page has the details.
Rules to know before you go
- Check your terminal. Heathrow's terminals and Gatwick's North and South Terminals have separate departure areas, so you can only use the lounges on your side.
- Arrive within the lounge window. Most pay-per-use lounges admit you up to three hours before your scheduled departure.
- Book ahead for Heathrow Terminal 3. My Lounge there doesn't accept walk-in guests.
- Travelling with children? Several No1 lounges list a family room, and the My Lounge sites have games areas. If you're unsure what your children need, contact LoungEasy's support team before you book.
No1 or My Lounge: which should you book?
- Evening departures: at Gatwick, the No1 lounges stay open until 21:00, an hour later than My Lounge, and at Heathrow Terminal 3 both brands are listed until 22:00.
- Families: the No1 lounges at Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3 and at Gatwick North list a family room, and the My Lounge sites have games areas.
- Something to do: No1 Heathrow in Terminal 3 has a cinema room.
- Outdoor space: My Lounge at Gatwick South has an outdoor terrace.
- Last-minute plans: My Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 3 is pre-book only, so book as soon as you know you want it.
- Early flights: every Gatwick, Luton and Birmingham lounge in this guide opens at 04:00, and the Heathrow lounges at 05:00.
Is a No1 Lounge worth it?
At busy airports such as Heathrow and Gatwick, a lounge gives you a seat, a meal and a drink away from the crowded departure hall, which is most welcome on early holiday departures and during summer peaks. It pays off when you have at least an hour after security; if you arrive with only 30 or 40 minutes to spare, you'll get less out of your visit.
How to book a No1 Lounge or My Lounge
- Check your terminal on your booking, then choose the lounge in that terminal on LoungEasy.
- Add each traveller in your group: the price is per person and the total is shown before you pay.
- Arrive within the lounge's entry window and show your booking and boarding pass at the desk.
Booking ahead secures your visit, as lounges can stop admitting walk-in guests when they are full. LoungEasy passes are non-refundable unless they are marked as refundable at checkout, and if a lounge refuses entry even though your pass is valid, you are refunded once the refusal is confirmed with the operator.
