London Airport Lounges: Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, City and Southend
The London airport lounges you can book at Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, London City and Southend: where each is, opening times and what's included.
Last updated: October 06, 2026

Whichever London airport you fly from, there is a lounge you can book with a single-visit pass. This guide, part of our wider guide to the UK airport lounge pass, covers the London airport lounges you can book on LoungEasy at Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, London City and Southend: where each one is, what it offers and which suits your terminal. Every London lounge on LoungEasy is listed at €55 per person at the time of writing (September 2026).
In this guide:
- Heathrow lounges you can book, terminal by terminal
- Gatwick lounges: North and South Terminal compared
- Luton Airport lounge: My Lounge guide
London airport lounges at a glance
- Heathrow: No1 Lounge in Terminal 2; No1 and My Lounge (pre-book only) in Terminal 3
- Gatwick: No1 Lounges and My Lounge in both the North and South Terminals, plus AeroSpa
- Luton: My Lounge
- London City: AeroSpa, the spa in international departures
- Southend: Skylife Lounge at The Pilot Cafe
At every London airport the lounges are airside, after security, and you can only use the ones in your own terminal. Most admit you up to three hours before your scheduled departure.
Heathrow
Heathrow has four terminals in use, numbered 2 to 5, and each has its own departure lounge. On LoungEasy you can book lounges in two of them:
- Terminal 2: the No1 Lounge in Terminal 2, reached by lift next to Gate A18 and listed as open from 05:00 to 21:00. It lists a family room, halal and vegetarian options, and champagne.
- Terminal 3: No1 Heathrow, on level 1 after the duty free walkway, with a cinema room and a family room; and My Lounge, the former Club Aspire, which only accepts guests who have booked in advance.
Our guide to Heathrow lounges goes terminal by terminal, and the Heathrow Airport lounges page lists hours and amenities.
Gatwick
Gatwick's North and South Terminals are separate, and each has its own lounges. On LoungEasy you can book No1 and My Lounge in both:
- North Terminal: the No1 Lounge at Gatwick North and My Lounge, both in the lounge pavilion signposted after security. No1 opens at 04:00 and lists a family room; My Lounge lists a games area.
- South Terminal: the No1 Lounge at Gatwick South, reached from the upper level of the departure hall between Dixons and JD Sports, and My Lounge on the upper level of the departure hall.
Our guide to Gatwick lounges compares the North and South Terminal options, and all of them are on the Gatwick Airport lounges page.
Luton
At Luton, My Lounge is after security near Yo! Sushi and Accessorize, open from 04:00 to 21:00. It lists hot and cold food, a bar, a games area and baby-changing facilities, and serves domestic and international departures. Read our Luton Airport lounge guide or see the Luton lounge page.
London City
London City doesn't have a traditional lounge yet: its first lounge, run by Aspire, is due to open in 2027. On LoungEasy you can book AeroSpa at London City, the airport spa in international departures near gate 4, listed as open from 05:30 to 21:00. The London City page has the details.
Southend
At Southend, the Skylife Lounge at The Pilot Cafe works a little differently: after security, you go to The Pilot Cafe, where a member of staff greets you and you choose from a range of food and drinks. It lists alcoholic and soft drinks, Wi-Fi and flight screens, and serves domestic and international departures. See the Southend lounge page.
Heathrow, Gatwick or Luton: how the lounges compare
If you can choose your airport, the lounges are one more thing to weigh up. Gatwick gives you the most choice, with two lounges in each terminal, so you can pick between No1 and My Lounge whichever terminal you fly from. Heathrow's options on LoungEasy are in Terminals 2 and 3, and they open a little later, at 05:00, which matters for the first departures of the day. At Luton the choice on LoungEasy is simple: My Lounge, which serves both domestic and international departures.
What's included at London's lounges
The London lounges on LoungEasy follow a similar pattern. The No1 lounges and My Lounge list hot and cold food, soft drinks and a bar with beer, wine and spirits, alongside free Wi-Fi, flight screens and television. Some add their own touches: No1 Heathrow in Terminal 3 lists a cinema room, and My Lounge lists games areas at Gatwick and Luton. Southend's Skylife Lounge works from The Pilot Cafe's menu, and AeroSpa at London City is a spa rather than a lounge. Each lounge page lists its full amenities, so check before you book if something matters to you.
Before you book: tips for London's airports
- Check your terminal first. At Heathrow and Gatwick, your airline's terminal decides which lounges you can use, and you generally can't reach another terminal's lounges once you are through security.
- Allow for security. London's airports get busy at peak times, especially during school holidays. Your lounge time starts once you are airside.
- Match the lounge to your flight time. Most London lounges close between 20:00 and 22:00, so check the hours if you are on a late departure.
- Book everyone in your group. Each traveller needs a pass; the total for your group is shown before you pay.
- Keep your boarding pass ready. You'll show it at the lounge desk together with your booking.
LoungEasy passes are non-refundable unless they are marked as refundable at checkout. LoungEasy guarantees that the lounge will accept you during its opening hours: if a lounge refuses entry even though your pass is valid, you are refunded once the refusal is confirmed with the operator.
Which London airport lounge is right for you?
- Early flights: the Gatwick lounges and My Lounge at Luton open at 04:00; the Heathrow lounges open at 05:00.
- Families: No1 at Gatwick North and both Heathrow No1 lounges list family rooms, and My Lounge at Gatwick and Luton lists games areas.
- Planning ahead: My Lounge in Heathrow Terminal 3 is pre-book only, so book before you travel.
- Something different: at London City, AeroSpa is the pre-flight option while the airport waits for its first lounge.
No1 Lounges and My Lounge
Most of the London lounges you can book belong to one company. No1 Lounges runs No1 and My Lounge at Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton, and Clubrooms at several of the same airports. Our guide to No1 Lounges and My Lounge lists every location, including Birmingham and Jersey.
Flying from the north instead?
If you are flying from the north of England, our Manchester Airport lounge guide covers Terminals 2 and 3 at the UK's busiest airport outside London.
